1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team at niaavijewels@gmail.com / +(91) 90 230 60 096. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can still return the product as per our return policy outlined below.

 

2. Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Delivery: In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and offer a refund or resend the order if necessary.


Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it for a refund. However, please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.


If your refund is rejected, we will provide you with a reason for the rejection and return the item to you, if applicable.
